From Day 1, it has been our goal to create a place where we would want to come to work. A place where smart, like-minded people are open and available, where you can work hard and play hard, and where you cannot have too many whiteboards.
We have purposely created a “dot com” feel at AgileThought. Our professionals wear jeans to work, some ride their bikes to work, and some spend the entire workday connected to an iPod cranking out code. Because we work virtually with most of our clients, our casual atmosphere does not impact the way that we deal with more traditional organizations. A unique aspect of our culture is that we all have the ability to “flip the switch” when necessary, and interact at the highest levels of professionalism with more traditional organizations such as accounting firms and law firms.
