Ryan Dorrell is the Chief Technology Officer of AgileThought, and is a member of the company's management team. He is responsible for overall technical strategy and positioning, as well as AgileThought's internal IT infrastructure and knowledge management.
With 16 years of professional software development experience, Ryan is a recognized expert in building scalable, reliable, and performant business software solutions. He has extensive experience building web-based transactional systems, as well as desktop data management applications. Recently, Ryan has led AgileThought into new areas of technical capability, such as mobile development and enterprise application integration. An avid reader, follower, and innovator of application lifecycle management disciplines, Ryan is a sought after speaker and trainer on these topics.
Prior to co-founding AgileThought in 2004, Ryan spent several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as the lead architect for the employee intranet portal. Before joining PwC, Ryan spent four years with OnSphere Corporation in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he led consulting engagements in numerous major industries, including financial services, computer software, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology. Ryan started his career in 1996 as an application developer with Arthur Andersen LLP in Sarasota, FL.
