Jeff Alagood is the Chief Operating Officer of AgileThought. He is responsible for the overall operations and service delivery of the company, with a particular emphasis on delivery execution, business development, and resourcing strategies for long-term growth. Alagood has a passion for implementing initiatives to enhance client engagement experiences with the most effective and scalable development processes.
Starting out as a software developer in 1996, Jeff developed a deep understanding of business software and technology roadmap delivery very early on. Throughout his career, Jeff has served in various leadership positions that range from public accounting Big-4 firms to publically traded organizations. Jeff has been called on to lead various size organizations, from 20 – 400 in size, and has broad experience ranging from product sales offerings to operational BPM deliveries. His extensive exposure to a variety of software projects, teams, and processes has resulted in a desire to challenge and progress software development process and organization improvement. Jeff brings a high level of expertise to AgileThought in the volume execution and merger and acquisition arena that will enable AgileThought to increase overall standards of excellence while planning for continued growth in new and existing markets.
Prior to joining AgileThought in 2011, Jeff served as Sr. Director of Application Development on the U.S. Technology Extended Management Team at PwC from 2008 to 2010. Jeff has held various technical and leadership positions with First Advantage Corporation, where he was in charge of all operating platforms. Prior to First Advantage, Jeff was with the Global Technology Organization of Arthur Andersen LLP in Sarasota, FL.
