AgileThought presents at PMI meeting
Ryan Dorrell of AgileThought will be presenting at the November 2009 meeting of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Project Managment Institute. Ryan will be speaking on "Selecting the Right Agile Methodology" at the dinner meeting on November 16th, and at the lunch meeting on November 17th.
Session Abstract:
There is no single, correct agile methodology that works for every team and project every time. We will take a tour of some of the more popular agile methodologies, discussing when they are most appropriate, and how they compare to plan-driven methodologies. We will look at real projects, and how project teams used agile to successfully deliver value to their customers.
