AgileThought MVP to Speak at Chicago ALM User Group
TAMPA, FL (November 02, 2011) – Eric Landes, an AgileThought Solutions Architect, will present Managing with No Hands, at the Chicago Visual Studio ALM User Group on Wednesday, November 9th.
Eric will demonstrate effective ways to improve the productivity of software development teams that have different configurations of remote team members, such as off-shore teams or teams with members that want to work from home. He will also show how to evaluate the effectiveness of the different remote strategies against business goals.
As a Solution Architect for AgileThought, Eric helps coach and implement agile solutions in primarily Microsoft environments. He has been using Agile methods for the past 6 years, in a Team Lead/Project Manager capacity. Eric is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Microsoft MVP.
