AgileThought has partnered with Microsoft to offer the ALM Catalyst program to organizations interested in improving the efficiency, consistency, and quality of their software development projects.  

The ALM Catalyst program is the starting point for identifying and introducing specific strategies that will maximize your software development best practices and help eliminate risks that can slow progress. The core of the program, INSIGHT, includes an online self-survey of your development processes and phone-based consulting to build upon the survey's findings. 

INSIGHT is ideal for teams that include the engagement of:

• A lead contact who is at or above manager level.
• Five or more (10 recommended) stakeholders and/or participants across the development disciplines to complete the online survey.

Once you register for INSIGHT, you will be contacted by Microsoft to confirm participation. AgileThought will set up your stakeholder surveys and arrange an informational interview with your lead contact. Results and recommendations from your INSIGHT process will be summarized in writing, complete with identification of priority opportunities to have the greatest impact on your ALM practices.   To see an example report, click here.
